Anti-HPA mAb
For the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases, InSight is developing monoclonal antibodies capable of neutralizing Heparanase activity. Monoclonal antibodies are highly specific, have prolonged physiological half-life and may have a shortened development track.
Heparanase-based Diagnostics
InSight develops a sensitive Heparanase detection ELISA kit and additional molecular probes for cancer diagnostics.
Small molecule NCEs
Using our proprietary, high throughput screening (HTS) activity assays and screening cascades for discovering molecules that counteract Heparanase activity, we have developed novel small-molecule multi-target Heparanase inhibitors that are considered promising drugs for treating cancer and inflammatory diseases.
InSight uses in-house a wide spectrum of in vivo models, including models for primary tumor growth, experimental metastasis, human cancer xenograft models and different models for inflammation and autoimmune diseases.
