Some of InSight's projects are funded by The Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) at Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The OCS implements government policy regarding the support and encouragement of promising, export-oriented, locally-based industrial R&D ventures. OCS' programs have played a major role in making Israel one of the most important centers for high-tech and biotechnology entrepreneurship outside of the US.
